Take a look at bulbs in current fittings and if possible swap them for a more energy conscious option. LED and halogen are said to be closer to natural light, providing a further positive to the list of reasons to swap. Try to keep a check of what is switched on and off in the home. Having rooms lit that remain unoccupied is not necessary.
